Customer Service Representative
PrintWithMe is a rapidly-growing technology company focused on changing the consumer printing industry by creating a network of mobile printing kiosks throughout the United States. We manage over 700 printing kiosks in over 200 cities across the US and we are growing rapidly.
We are seeking a dynamic customer service representative to join our operations team in a full-time role. As this person develops in the role, they may take on additional operations responsibilities and move into a more advanced position.
Responsibilities of the Role
→ Answer incoming customer calls & emails, providing technical and non-technical support
→ Reach out to our client locations to proactively resolve technical issues
→ Respond to automated tickets that are generated by our system
→ Execute ad-hoc projects delegated from Operations Leadership
