Customer Service Representative
PrintWithMe is a rapidly-growing technology company focused on changing the consumer printing industry by creating a network of mobile printing kiosks throughout the United States. We have over 500 printing kiosks in over 200 cities across the US and we are growing rapidly.
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our operations team in a part time role with opportunity to expand into a full time position with increased responsibilities. To start the role would have a focus on providing customer support, so the ideal candidate would have customer facing experience in either a sales or support role. As this person develops in the role, they may take on additional operations responsibilities and move into a full time position.
Responsibilities of the Role
→ Independently manage support desk on weekends (9-8pm with breaks, from home or the office) and possibly afternoon / evening shifts Monday & Friday (noon-8pm) in Chicago office
→ Answer incoming customer calls & emails, providing technical and non-technical support
→ Outreach to locations to proactively resolve any potential issues with printers
→ Respond to all automated trouble tickets that come in to system
→ Become familiar with our systems and identify ways to increase operational automation
→ Execute ad-hoc projects delegated from Operations Leadership
