What’s the vibe like in the office?
On my first day at PrintWithMe, I sat at my desk stunned. I looked around and noticed the office was friendly, methodical, and vibrant. At a startup? I thought it was supposed to be loud and chaotic at all times? Not here. While everyone works hard, we’re all on the same team. I do have one warning to offer: printer jokes are rampant.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?
Working with a small and close-knit team also means fostering friendships, contributing your time and skills and sharing responsibilities whenever you see fit. The open office concept promotes cross-departmental collaboration because there's no better way to solve a problem than turning to a team-mate who's just one desk away!

I have had the opportunity to implement processes that allow PrintWithMe to execute in the growth and vision of the company. Through these experiences, I am learning more about how to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage my time in a way that optimizes my efficiency. How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?
I love when teammates bring their unique and creative ideas to the table. In fact, most of our best ideas have been employee-generated. In the last few months, we have opened new markets, launched new marketing campaigns, and overhauled processes due to employee-created initiatives.

What are some things you learned at the company?
Working here has taught me the value of realizing the bigger picture. Because our team is so supportive and close-knit, I have a great understanding of how each piece comes together to build the PrintWithMe grid.
