Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with an established client base and be responsible for maintaining and growing sales from these accounts using our industry leading solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the overall account relationship. Works with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross sells and upsells

• Protect and defend annual revenue and customer base

• Utilizes detailed knowledge of products and thorough knowledge of clients business to consult and provide solutions that will increase value 

• Ability to sell on value in a highly competitive market. Consult with clients on best practices 

• Liaise with technical support when necessary

• Keep accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce.com).

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.  

• 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, SaaS technology preferred. Strong business acumen and presence; comfortable selling at business owner levels

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Salesforce experience preferred

Preferred Requirements:

• Large account management or project management experience

• Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies

• Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

• Ability to effectively present a solution to the client at all levels to demonstrate business impact

• Goal oriented, determined and target driven
