Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with an established client base and be responsible for maintaining and growing sales from these accounts using our industry leading solutions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the overall account relationship. Works with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross sells and upsells
Protect and defend annual revenue and customer base
Utilizes detailed knowledge of products and thorough knowledge of clients business to consult and provide solutions that will increase value
Ability to sell on value in a highly competitive market. Consult with clients on best practices
Liaise with technical support when necessary
Keep accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce.com).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, SaaS technology preferred. Strong business acumen and presence; comfortable selling at business owner levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Salesforce experience preferred
Preferred Requirements:
Large account management or project management experience
Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies
Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
Ability to effectively present a solution to the client at all levels to demonstrate business impact
Goal oriented, determined and target driven
