Customer Success Operations Manager

The Hireology Business Operations team seeks a Customer Success Ops Manager to partner with Hireology’s CS, Account Management and Implementation teams. While this role will not be a manager of individual contributors, it is a Sr. Level role in the organization. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executor. They will have experience in Business Operations, ideally in a Post Sales role.
This leader will drive reporting and analyzing business trends, participate in strategic planning, and lead execution of those strategies. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executor, no problem is below this individual. They will have impeccable communication skills, rigorous project management discipline, and the analytic curiosity and expertise to drive efficiency, assess performance, and deliver positive business outcomes. This is not a role for someone who is complacent. You will be building the operations that help drive our revenue retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Report to the Director of Revenue Operations and partner with upper level management in Customer Success, Account Management and Implementation Departments
- Partner with our Vendor Operations and Revenue Analytics teams to build reporting and tooling to drive efficiencies
- Project Manage all aspects of CS Operations Programs including Tooling, Reporting, Training and Maintenance
- Attend weekly strategic meetings with CS Management Stakeholders
- Proactively identify reporting issues, gaps in processes and partner with Analytics and Vendor Operations to role out adjustments
- Develop relationships and processes with CS, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in one or a combination of Revenue, Vendor or Business Operations or proven track record in a CSM role with transferable skills appropriate for a role in Operations
- Full cycle Project Management experience
- Experience managing and implementing vendors (a plus)
- Strategic, critical thinker, ability to see the forest through the trees
- Strong Time-management skills
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
- Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
- Rigorous organization, fluent multi-tasking skills, and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including extensive knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement new processes, procedures and policies
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
