About the role:
BenchPrep is looking for a talented Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! As a Client Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing first-touch support to customers via phone and email, creating and maintaining product support resources for our clients and acting as the internal “end user champion.” You are a highly organized go-getter and problem-solver who wants to delight our customers by delivering accurate and quick assistance while maintaining BenchPrep’s professional client service experience.
Some challenges you’ll tackle:
- Field support calls and emails from clients and some end-users about platform issues or functionality questions
- Create & maintain support resources for clients
- Train clients on our software's functionality
- Proactively look for ways to improve our product and internal processes in an effort to increase usability and efficiency
- Work closely with the engineering team to test new feature releases and ensure product quality
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure overall client and product success
- Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and provide ideas for improvement
About the team:
Our customer success team plays a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our diverse client base. We work hard to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers, and are passionate about driving a great customer experience.
You should:
- Have 1-2 years experience working at a startup or other fast paced work environment in a customer facing support role
- Be disciplined and very well organized
- Be extremely internet-savvy and comfortable working across tech devices (computers, mobile phones, tablets)
- Have Exceptional written and communication skills
- Possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
