Director, Client Services
About Flare
Flare Health is a digital health startup in Chicago and NYC. We work with leading hospital systems across the country to connect patients needing specialty care to the right expert physician.
As a company, we value collaboration, openness, seeing things differently and being sensitive to the humanity that connects us. The mission is what gets us up in the morning.
The opportunity
Flare Health has built an impressive and growing client base of marquee hospital systems across the country. Given this trajectory, we seek to hire an experienced Director to lead our client-facing team.
Your mission is to help our forward-thinking hospital system clients actually move forward. Given hospital systems’ inherent challenges, this requires broad-based, long-term relationship building and creatively seizing opportunities to help clients engage boldly with innovation.
The right person for this role knows health care providers’ world inside out, and also has the broader perspective to understand what holds them back and why. That contrast will help you to be able to respect their challenges and intricacies, but also push in the right ways to ensure their intricacies don’t just become excuses to avoid positive change.
This is an opportunity both to create your own future as a leader in this space, and to collaborate with our team to create a better future for healthcare that is more effective, better coordinated, and more human for patients, physicians, and healthcare organizations across the country.
