Target Data is currently looking for a Director, Client Services. This is a fantastic role, which may lead to more responsibilities in client services. Specifically, in this role you will be managing the clients, campaigns and vendors/partners for Target Data, reporting to the Vice President of Client Services on client deliverables.
Responsibilities
As a subject matter expert, you will be the primary point of contact for the customer and manage day-to day customer relationships with multiple vendors
- Project manage and implement campaigns
- Become fully versed in all Target Data products and platforms
- Monitor and optimize campaigns collaboratively with clients, Data/Analytics and Strategy Team and vendors
- Define and execute campaign strategy in collaboration with the Strategy and Analytics Team
- Interact with Operations, Analytics, Strategy and Production teams
- Distribute and discuss campaign results vs. goals
- Manage contracts and agreements
- Manage campaign budgets
- Accountable for client satisfaction and client retention
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment
- Strong understanding of advertising metrics in programmatic (CTR, ROI, conversion rates)
- Experience with managing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Double Click for Advertisers (DFA) reporting, Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Minimum of 3-4 years of account management/client services experience
- Active management of client accounts including reporting
- Management of creative processes and problem solving
- Multi-task effectively with precise attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate and creatively resolve problems
- Exceptional team player possessing initiative and motivation to work unsupervised
- BA/BS degree
