The Enterprise Compliance Manager is responsible for building out and running Amount’s SOC and
vendor management programs.
Amount’s SOC program ensures compliance with the SOC 1 and 2 organizational controls standards.
You will work with multiple department heads to ensure controls are in place and being adhered to. On an
annual basis, you will manage the engagement with external, third-party assessors and lead the effort to
gather evidence of the controls’ effectiveness as needed.
Amount’s vendor management program manages and tracks vendor relationships throughout the vendor
lifecycle, including diligence, onboarding, relationship, oversight and termination. You will work with
multiple department heads and vendors to ensure all stakeholders are aware of expectations and
consequences. You will work to obtain maximum contracting leverage and concessions and facilitate
shared understanding of sourcing objectives and requirements in alignment with business unit and
Amount goals. You will directly prepare reporting and analysis for senior management and the board of
directors.
You will oversee a junior compliance coordinator tasked with day-to-day operational activities. As a
manager, you will be expected to promote a culture of corporate compliance by the use of best practices
and a compliant work ethic in accordance with Amount’s internal policies.
What you might own at Amount:
- Effectively manage the onboarding process for new vendors
- Support business stakeholders in their due diligence, vendor selection, integration, evaluation, and termination activities
- Support business stakeholders in the documentation of agreements, controls, and oversight and monitoring throughout the vendor relationship
- Prepare formal reports to senior management and the board of directors on all aspects of the vendor management system
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts including improving systems, policies, procedures and controls
- In addition to requirements surrounding vendor management, maintain awareness of relevant regulations and guidance including but not limited to TILA, TCPA, FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, GLBA, and UDAAP
- Oversight over other areas of relationship management
- Creation of compliance frameworks to support additional initiatives and products
