Executive Assistant to the CFO

The mission for this role is to provide administrative support to the company's CFO. The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day support by successfully managing travel, appointments, email management, and ad hoc requests from the CFO, assisting with both personal and professional scheduling, planning, and projects. This individual will anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated calendar management to the CFO by prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties.
- Manage all travel planning, appointments, email management, special projects, and ad hoc requests while providing progress updates to the CFO on a daily/weekly cadence.
- Plan events by developing and adhering to budgets, working with vendors, managing guest lists, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist with occasional personal / family errands and projects (i.e. scheduling contractors, meeting contractors at the CFO's home, picking up and delivering items, etc.)
- Anticipate the CFOs needs in advance of meetings. Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and external organizations that the CFO is involved with.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment while being able to quickly respond to any arising issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Flexible, can manage multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change.
