As the Executive Assistant, you are responsible to help organize and streamline project workflow and travel management.  You will be functioning as a liaison between inter-company departments and the board of directors.  You will need to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems.  You will need to meet deadlines, prepare presentations and review written content for accuracy.  Your position will be fast paced, always moving and rewarding. 

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and manage business and personal calendar
• Maintain and manage  business and personal travel
• Prepare correspondence internally and externally
• Monitor and respond to production metrics and alerting notifications
• Board and Meeting preparation internally and externally

Desired Skills and Experience

While one size doesn’t fit all, here’s a quick rundown of some of the skills we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of Executive Assistance Experience
• Calm under pressure and able to think quickly on your feet
• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule and willing to work on-call
• Self-motivated, organized and proactive
• 4+ years of Executive Assistance Experience
• Able to work in a team environment
