We want you to join us as an Executive Assistant providing support to our rapidly growing Enterprise Sales team. To be successful in this position, you should have an empathic yet confident personality coupled with good judgment, resourcefulness, and discretion. High ethical and work standards are fundamental to this role.

You will have strong experience in an administrative role supporting senior level executives, but also be eager to expand current your skill set. You will be inspired by the passionate and dedicated team you are joining. We will be engaged by your commitment to our customers, excellence in execution, and dedication to delighting our clients and freelancers.

This position is located in our Chicago office, but also requires occasional travel to our Bay Area California offices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work in synchronization, take direction from, and partner with EA to CEO
  • Full calendar management for SVP of Sales
  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings, including agenda, IT set up, etc.
  • Prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through in a timely fashion
  • Prioritize conflicting needs
  • Reconcile monthly expense reports
  • Handle special ad hoc projects as necessary
  • Work across various teams and roles, diving deep into the Enterprise and Sales
  • Partner throughout Upwork and act as an ambassador for Enterprise
  • Respond positively and creatively to requests of our customers
  • Plan and support team events and offsites
  • Assist with booking domestic and international travel, prepping necessary travel itineraries & documents

  • You are phenomenal with google docs, sheets, slides and google calendar
