Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve current fraud rules and rule sets
• Stay current to both Industry and Vivid Seats Fraud trends
• Manage rule reports to create new rules based on current trends
• Proactively examine and review rule sets and fraud data to make recommendations and changes
• Create and evaluate fraud and rule set reports
• Reduce the review rate while maintaining fraud detection and prevention
•  Affirm that fraud prevention methods are providing a high level of precision 
•  Develop and organize rules documentation and create an implementation process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-start
• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving complex issues with little or no supervision or direction
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize deliverables
• Skilled writing background with experience in formal business correspondence.
• Previous experience in investigation, fraud prevention, banking or business analysis preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in managing fraud rules and rule sets
• Knowledge of the Accertify platform required
