Minimum Education level Bachelor Degree or above

Previous experience leading large projects or transformation initiatives in a large, matrixed environment
A proactive and highly strategic approach to problem-solving coupled with outstanding problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a consulting capacity would be advantageous.

Technology Modernization Strategy. Our strategy is more than Cloud; this is a shift on how we deliver business value. We want to evolve the way we work, and the significant change management. We need this leader to drive people-related in coaching and influencing skills, and offer thought-leadership regarding organizational related strategy & execution. This strategy will ensure we are secure, reliable and performant in a hybrid cloud future.
Strategic change management and communication strategy development. The leader is expected to develop and articulate a clear and compelling communication and change management vision, strategy, and roadmap that directly supports the company’s overall enterprise technology strategy and business priorities. Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, communication plans, coaching plans, training plans and resistance management plans as needed to accomplish goals and help drive adoption. Provide follow up assessments to analyze accomplishments and identify areas of improvement throughout the transformation.
Messaging and materials. Develop compelling communication messaging and materials for the overall organization to understand, prepare, and achieve successful outcomes. Use modern, multi-media channels to maximize employee engagement and two-way communication to shape messaging and maximize engagement. Ensure the messaging is aligned and consistent across internal and external stakeholder groups, including TU’s marketing and public relations channels.
Business/functional partnership. Partner with key BU/Functions/Region leaders to understand, influence and shape initiatives. Actively participate on program leadership teams and forums. Partner with leaders to execute and shape communications and change programs.
Creates change leaders; involves key influencers in the design and implementation of the change initiative.
Identifies changes consistent with the strategy but radical in implementation, and gains buy-in with individual, customized influence efforts.
Adapts change plans/influences strategies to the political realities and constraints of the organization, targeting the most influential people regardless of formal role, and engaging people in a reasoned way.
Establishes processes or practices to encourage, reinforce innovation, and change thinking.
Enables higher performance by constantly improving approaches based on calculated risks and benefits.
