What You'll Bring
2+ years of being a leader for 2 or more scrum teams.
2+ years of experience in administratively managing small teams of people (on avg. 5 or more) with responsibilities in reviews, compensation, hiring, etc.
Expert in Agile principles, including SAFe.
Proven growth through the ranks of engineering, focusing on teams with an affinity to deliver highly complex solutions.
Ability to understand and rationalize Global / Enterprise / Product level vision and solid understanding of the big picture.
We’d Love To See:
Experience with AWS or Azure.
Understanding of service based architecture, protocols, design patterns, and technologies.
Experience in delivering solutions that have significant complexity and scale.
Experience in CI/CD and automated testing.
Experience in telemetry, monitoring, and production support.
