The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, maintaining inventory control, managing office services, keeping filing systems up to date, reviewing supply requisitions, and maintaining clerical functions.

What you will do at Amount:

  • Tracking, ordering, and organizing inventory (office supplies, tech supplies, swag, snacks)
  • Addressing facilities and coordinating office needs with vendors (broken furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc)
  • Placing catering orders for events, lunches, and Demo Days
  • First point of contact for visitors
  • Main contact for the building (will work with building manager, building engineers, security, etc.)
  • Light mailroom duties including package distribution, notifications to employees, and communication with UPS/USPS personnel
  • Informal reception duties including greeting clients, interview candidates, and visitors.
  • Event support for Company Meetings, Tech Talks and Demo Days

  • Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a growing office
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Familiarity with G-suite and cloud systems
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning ability
  • Proficient in MS Office
