Responsibilities:

  • Manage trademarked Brand Registration and Management
    • global brand registrations and managing access
    • advising on brand use including GS-1 UPC linking in Vendor Central and Seller Central
    • researching and filing trademark or patent infringement cases
    • ensuring accurate brand representation by removing and replacing inaccurate brand names, content and images
  • Process new item Set-Up and Amazon Catalog Management
    • Creating, uploading and managing of content, images, links, variations and videos in Vendor Central and Seller Central to increase sales volume
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization
    • increasing the quality and quantity of website traffic
    • improving the discoverability and visibility of product pages
  • Find, troubleshoot, and solve Amazon Catalog and Account Issues
    • Advising on Access Issues
      managing 2-step authentication for internal and client account access
    • ensuring and linking VC and SC account access to brand advertising and brand registry tools
    • creating and ensuring accurate brand store links on product pages

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • Preferred ECommerce Platform experience. Amazon.com is priority #1
  • Preferred experience with 3rd Party SaaS supporting EComm Platforms (i.e. Kenshoo, JungleScout, Stackline)
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, ECommerce Platform meetings, and /or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile)

Compensation:

  • Salary commensurate with level of experience and current market landscape
