RXBAR is driven to provide a best in class customer service experience to every customer in every channel.  The Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst will support strategic initiatives to expand distribution, improve service, and operational efficiency. 

Our ideal candidate is passionate about Supply Chain, shares our entrepreneurial spirit, and is eager to grow their career and RXBAR.  The role is responsible for delivering against our “No B.S.” proposition by exceeding customer expectations for service, in-stock levels, and various other operational metrics. 

General Functions & Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead for key customers
    • Build and develop relationships both internally & externally to drive collaboration and the business forward
      • Reporting needs
      • In-depth knowledge of customer requirements
      • Partnership surrounding needs of both parties
      • Forward-thinking analysis
      • Effective communication
    • Lead daily execution of replenishment orders and inventory allocations
      • Advocate for customers’ needs throughout the RXBAR organization
      • Work collaboratively with Supply Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Logistics to ensure orders ship On Time and In Full
      • Support promotional programs and assortment expansion, mitigate out of stock losses, and other impactful supply chain events
    • Fulfill RXBAR promise that all customers will receive a best in class experience
      • Ensure timely communication and visibility of order status
      • Escalate and inform our leadership of any opportunities, trends, or potential threats to our overall customer-service strategy
      • Proactively communicate and coordinate action plans to resolve issues
    • Develop customer-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee all routing guidelines are successfully executed
      • Support new customer onboarding and item set up
    • Prepare order and inventory related reports for management
      • Calculate metrics & KPI’s to measure the customer service experience objectively
      • Assemble customer scorecards to provide visibility into operational performance
      • Calculate and share out customer WOS levels and provide insight into how that impacts future ordering expectations
      • Provide visibility to customer orders versus internal forecasts
      • Analyze and mitigate customer deductions and nuisance fees, and submit and manage disputes for any invalid logistics claims

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations related field required
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, inventory, or warehouse management—relevant internship experience will be considered
  • Evident customer-centric attitude
  • Passion for entrepreneurship
  • Desire to excel and grow with the RXBAR organization
  • Competence in business systems and ERP experience highly desirable
