5-7 years total experience with a track record of success
Consulting or organizational design experience a plus

Impact You'll Make
In his/her role, the Sr. Consultant, Global Transformation and Enterprise Planning, will oversee two primary areas of responsibility, reporting to the VP, Global Transformation:
1. Support for the Global Transformation Office2. Support for Enterprise Planning and Executive-level initiatives
Transformation Office:
Provide strategic direction and execution support for the Global Transformation Office’s three current mandates: (1) Operating model redesign; (2) Investment Evaluation; (3) Investment Accountability. This role is a great opportunity for a high-performing / high-potential individual to work with multiple areas of our business, drive toward a clear set of priority deliverables, and form important connections around our organization.
In conjunction with the VP, Global Transformation, this individual will support the execution of key activities to help shape the future organizational design of TU, in addition to designing initiatives to capture savings for reinvestment across our business and evaluating and tracking major enterprise investments.
Enterprise Planning:
Drive creation and coordination of quarterly board materials, prepare quarterly CEO report outlining strategic moves and key, financial performance.
Develop strategic insights/market assessments on select, enterprise-level opportunities grounded in primary and secondary research. Translate these insights to recommendations and actions
Coordinate quarterly strategic investment performance reporting, evaluating top-priority organic and inorganic initiatives for the Enterprise
Collaborate with strategy partners within business units to evaluate and drive new growth opportunities
Continually assess cross-industry best practices, new business models and techniques to enhance planning practices
Execute ad hoc analysis for the executive leadership team
Perform other related duties as assigned
Support Program Management work globally
Work w/ BU and functional leaders to identify value creation opportunities, develop detailed capture plans, gather requisite support, and execute
Identify problems and partnering to solve them across teams
Structure work to hit planning deadlines, drive progress
Support delivery of financial targets through modeling and coordination among various FP&A partners
Work cross functionally to gain alignment and clear roadblocks
Provide Strategy and Planning level support
Problem solve and drive to solutions across all teams
Structure key leadership meetings and develop agenda of critical items
Delivering program status updates to key stakeholders
Support all executive communications to Executive Management and Board of Directors in clear, concise, executive-level formats
People / Resource management
Effectively interact with peers, subordinate management, and senior management concerning projects and operational decisions to ensure effective and efficient processes with successful outcomes
Develop guidelines and procedures to continually support and improve various Project Longevity processes
