What You'll Bring

You will provide client engagement leadership to develop client integration solutions based on Transunion product offerings and client needs, develop and improve implementation and integration guides. This role will also provide consultation and expertise to implement complex technical solutions consistent with customer engagement contracts, while bring in-depth related to EPIC and other vendor systems, eligibility transactions (270/271), prior authorizations and technical connectivity.

They will also be responsible for working on multiple initiatives to drive process optimization and results, working closely with project and account management to specify and devise solutions to complex customer workflow requirement with healthcare customer revenue cycle environments, ranging from patient access to insurance claims and reimbursement. 

BS or BA in a technical or business discipline preferred

5+ years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management and the ability to demonstrate industry expertise and consultative characteristics when working with customers to solve problems

5+ years in experience implementing and interfacing the following solutions, including workflow design:EPIC Prelude Module

EPIC Resolute Module

EPIC RTE solution

EPIC Bridges (preferable)

EPIC Workbench (preferable)

Insurance Eligibility 270/271 interfaces (general)

We’d love to see:

EPIC certification preferred, but not required

Knowledge of other patient account systems and EPIC functions, such as Meditech, STAR, etc.

Knowledge of other system interface points, such as identify and address and financial clearance interfaces

Impact You'll Make

Lead integration efforts of implementation projects with hospital systems and other healthcare partners and companies. Implement, configure and test product systems, solutions and interfaces. Troubleshoot and develop remediation plans with clients as appropriate.

Engage with clients to understand problems, propose solutions and help craft proposal offerings, including statements of work and level of effort estimates, as needed.

Conduct assessments of hospital system and data flows, interfaces and systems; document current state and future state workflows and data flows. 

Professionally advise and consult with clients both pre-sales, during implementation and post-production use of solutions, and specifically around best practice customer system configuration and set-ups as it relates to integration of TransUnion solutions to client systems

Define, document, distribute and implement technical implementation guides, process maps, data flow diagrams and data analyses for internal and external purposes

Must possess or gain ability to develop subject matter expertise on Transunion healthcare products and platforms (insurance eligibility clearinghouse, insurance discovery and financial clearance)

Interface with internal product management and development teams on product enhancements, fixes or custom development requirements as required.

Must be able to works without supervision, with complete latitude for independent judgment.

Compensation:We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates’ knowledge skills and abilities. Our target salary ranges are quite broad to accommodate the many factors that are considered.

Salary Range:$55,600.00 - $105,800.00
