Mobile Doorman, the leading white-label app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to permanently join our Technical Support team in helping our clients, end-users, and internal staff navigate our increasingly feature-rich software.  Tech support is a crucial area of the business where we have a chance to interact directly with our users, who tend to remember their interactions with support staff more than their regular interactions with our software. Because of that, our technical support team is critical in providing an outstanding experience to all our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer and team support tickets
  • Provide top-notch customer service, showing empathy, communicating clearly and providing realistic expectations on a consistent basis
  • Triage, assign severity, resolve, or escalate tickets with efficiency and excellent attention to detail
  • Work with other departments (account management, sales, engineering) to troubleshoot issues, escalate effectively and collaborate on satisfactory client resolutions
  • Document solutions and ongoing issues 
  • Help define customer support processs

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Technical support experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment with flexibility to adapt to change
