We're looking for a friendly and outgoing person to greet our clients with a smile and positive attitude at our downtown office. This is a fun and upbeat working environment and may require a fair deal of multi-tasking. Duties will include answering phones, greeting visitors, clerical duties, organizing, and light cleaning and maintaining office. Casual, yet professional appearance, cordial with an upbeat personality.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of applicable experience with a solid track record, and pleasant phone demeanor. This is a temporary position (approx. 12 weeks) starting mid-July, and you should not apply if you are in need of a guaranteed permanent position.

• First Impressions

  • Welcome all clients and employees - following processes outlined within our client experience guidelines.

  • No client arrives without proper welcome

  • Welcome signs remain up-to-date

• Inbound Call Management 

  • Phones are always answered by a human during business hours

  • All voice mail is responded to within 1 business hour

• Office Atmosphere
  • Food and beverages for recurring events and client meetings are ordered and properly logged
