Purpose of the Role

Our Finance team is at the forefront shaping strategic decisions across the company. As a member of the team, the Treasury Management Associate contributes to company’s success by monitoring and managing cash operations domestically and internationally.  A successful Treasury Management Associate combines excellent analytical skills, strong understanding of treasury operations, strong communication skills and attention to detail.  The role will require the candidate to work closely both with internal departments and our external treasury partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review daily cash position files, working with FP&A team to forecast working capital needs
  • Reconcile cash activity for both domestic and international accounts
  • Work with Accounts Payable team to execute payment files, research returns, and address bank inquiries
  • Maintain strong relationships with our external treasury partners
  • Manage the daily treasury requests for both internal and external customers, including but not limited to: payment requests, global audit requests, information requests, bank account updates, and system access
  • Research, analyze, interpret and track bank specific documentation requirements for execution of bank account openings, closings, maintenance and changes
  • Maintain a current and accurate database of the Company's corporate bank accounts, account signers, authorized users, and security controls
  • Work with internal Technology team on process improvements or systematic issues as they arise
  • Review bank fee statements and prepare fee analysis
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years in Corporate Treasury role
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
