Job Summary:

The Venue Data Auditor (Contract) will be responsible for gathering row information for various venues in the sports, concert, and theater industry. Specifically, the role includes researching and auditing venues, identifying any variations or changes in row information per sections. This role will gather a wide knowledge of various venues and help identify trends on the primary market that will be useful for Vivid Seats' Mapping department.
Responsibilities:

  • Research row information for assigned venues, including sports stadiums, concert arenas and theatres
  • Organize information and relay upward for evaluation
  • Ensure accurate row data and identify any trends or other useful information related to the venue layouts
  • Regularly review multiple sources of data and information to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Work independently and research details of maps at a quick pace while maintaining productivity and precision
  • Identify and analyze industry trends and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Must be highly organized, responsible, and comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • Candidate should be flexible with work load and be able to adjust with new protocol
  • Strong familiarity and interest in sports and entertainment events, performers, teams, and venues
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Ability to work on contract a minimum of 3 months
