 How will you create impact?

The VP of customer success will lead our people to become the world’s best Customer Success team we aspire to be. You’ll continue nurturing the brilliant Customer Success people we have, who’ve helped our company become globally recognised for customer service excellence in our market. You will design and own the org, data, tools and content that will remove friction and create the environment for our people to be their best and customers to experience the best. You will lead a team of 3 regional customer success leaders across London, Chicago and Sydney. The focus is to raise and realize peoples potential through a time of outstanding opportunity and growth.

The customer is at the forefront of everything you do, and they’ll be your number one obsession. You’ll obsess about how they interact with our product and services, and look for every opportunity to elevate their experience. You appreciate the unique relationship customer success has with them, and will be constantly curious about better ways of serving them.

The strategic vision and execution is in your hands, and you’ll need every ounce of a ‘go getter’ optimistic nature and influence to deliver that to the business and our customers with pace. Your extensive experience in Customer Success will be key to this, as you push the boundaries to optimise the Customer Success function, and transform Ansarada’s offering to world famous SaaS through our people, practices, operations and technologies.

You will value building excellent relationships with key people across the business, and seamlessly integrate Customer Success into the broader Ansarada platform offering. This includes building a seamless system and integrating Customer Success with our marketing, sales and product teams.

What are you responsible for?

  • Ownership of the global Customer Success strategy. This includes ongoing creation, iteration, alignment and communication of the strategy up, down and across the business
  • Hiring, onboarding, training and development of Customer Success Team Leaders and Managers
  • Leadership of the global Customer Success team
  • Experimentation and iteration of processes & metrics to drive operational excellence, using a data driven and agile approach

What should you possess?

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably in an environment where products or offerings were built from the ground up
  • You have leadership experience with both global teams and strategy
  • Demonstrated experience building and developing great Customer Success talent and capabilities
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for customers
