What You'll Bring
15+ years of experience in a strategic role, ideally in management consulting, strategic business development, value consulting, or professional services
A “big 5 consulting” mindset (but not necessarily pedigree), as a learner, challenger, and storyteller, with a blend of analytic and process consulting expertise
Excitement about bringing new customer experiences to life and identifying and driving process discipline for scaling large organizations
Demonstrated expertise in leading by influence and working effectively across cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
Ability to drive and facilitate discussion amongst key stakeholders in the pursuit of optimal solution strategies
Quantitative and qualitative skills to build complex business cases and to craft convincing narratives
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and experience in delivering effective, compelling presentations to senior executives.

An advanced business or technical degree with a record of successful delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects.
Experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Technology

Impact You'll Make
Work collaboratively across TransUnion solutions, markets, and countries to identify, catalog, evaluate and ultimately elevate best practices across solutions consulting teams around the globe – including roles and responsibilities, compensation, processes, tools, etc.
Drive process improvements for solution consultants and product SMEs, partnering closely with sales and other go-to-market leaders, to optimize our sales support delivery model
Establish key metrics and process indicators for solutions consulting to help bring data-driven insights to solutions consulting impact and effectiveness
Lead and develop a team of experienced SMEs/Solutions Consultants to define and develop standard practices such as a strategic engagement framework and supporting artifacts to deliver compelling solution selling models and accelerate the sales cycle time from opportunity identification to revenue recognition.
Work with the business units, sales, and others to create market engagement plans to define how we leverage our internal capabilities (e.g. subject matter experts, marketing, analytics, etc) to best get our data and solutions to market.
Assist with Strategy & Planning across the Commercial Success organization. Define, lead, and support key strategic projects and change initiatives throughout the year.
Support the annual 3-year planning exercise for Commercial Success to identify future priorities to deliver on both short and long-term growth objectives.

World-class solutions consulting and commercial success practices for TransUnion across the globe
Defined processes and re-usable assets (executive-level presentations, case studies, process maps, etc.) for use in solutions consulting engagements around the world, driving consistency and efficiency in delivering critical sales support for complex customer business challenges.
Key Process Indicators measuring global Solutions Consulting impact across TransUnion, including key metrics such as deal cycle time, solutions deal size, win ratios, NPI revenue growth, etc.
