The ERP Project Technical Lead is an integral member of the project team. This person must have a robust set of skills. The technical lead may be involved in the technical development of some RICEW objects but is primarily responsible for management of the technical development team.
Key Management and Business Analyst Skills
- Ability to understand business processes behind the requirements of the RICE Objects
- Ability to translate/communicate the business requirements to technical developers
- Strong organization and communication skills as the tech lead will be responsible for managing technical design workshops, communicating status, and documenting RICEW objects
- Ability to document conversion and integration data flow and design standards based upon best practices
- Must have the ability to research and understand new technology / tools quickly in order to present them as part of a high level solution during design phase
- Familiarity with Dev/Ops practices
Key Technical Skills
- Experience using and/or strong understanding of the following tools or functions
- SQL / PL/SQL
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- BI Publisher Report Development
- OTBI Report Development
- Ability to Develop Page Personalizations using Page Composer
- Other technical skills that are valuable
- Java Script
- Groovy
- Shell Scripting
- Python
Oracle Cloud ERP Knowledge
The Tech lead should have a good understanding of at least some of the basic business processes within oracle ERP and/or SCM. This could include the following.
- Order to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Assets
- Suppliers/Customers
- Supply Chain
- Item Master
- BOM
Understanding of common integrations
- Outbound AP Payments
- Inbound AP Invoices
- GL Journal Integration
- Suppliers
- Customers
Oracle Cloud Security
The tech lead should have an understanding of the security architecture in oracle Cloud.
- Understanding of how roles impact access
- Data Access associated with roles
- Ability to research and work with the functional team to create custom roles per client requirements
Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or in New York City.
