An Oracle CPQ Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions to support and optimize the quoting and pricing process. This includes configuring product rules, approval workflows, and custom quote templates. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and integrating CPQ with other enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms. The developer ensures system performance, performs troubleshooting, and contributes to testing, deployment, and release management. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining technical documentation, providing user support, and ensuring that all solutions adhere to best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
Requirements
An Oracle CPQ Developer should have a strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud, with a deep understanding of BML (Big Machine Language), Commerce Processes, configuration rules, and pricing engines. Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is essential for customizing and extending the CPQ platform, along with experience integrating Oracle CPQ with other enterprise systems like ERP and CRM platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Computer Science or Equivalent Qualification.
