The role of Order Management Supervisor is to lead our Order Management team and keep both custom and stock golf club orders moving accurately and on time from entry through fulfillment. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for our sales manager – both here in U.S. and at our international locations. This person will work through order issues, process questions, and turn them into solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s organized, detail oriented, and comfortable coordinating teams across multiple time zones.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, from entry through hand-off to our Build Shop, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of Order Management Specialists
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales managers – domestic and international – on order issues, discrepancies and process questions
- Continuously improve order management processes to reduce errors and streamline workflows
- Coordinate with Inventory Control, confirm stock/component availability to limit delays
- Partner with department managers to keep orders moving slowly with minimal errors
- Track and analyze order fulfillment data to spot trends and drive improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in order management or supply chain, including supervisory/leadership experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Comfortable communicating with teams across different locations and time zones.
- Proficient with order management systems, MS Office, SalesForce & Netsuite (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must have familiarity with golf clubs, equipment, and brands.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and non-verbal.
- Strong time management skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This role will be predominantly indoors in our Willowbrook location

- Supervise a team of approx. 7 order management specialists
