The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst supports the successful delivery of change initiatives by focusing on the people side of transformation. This role partners with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained outcomes related to changes in business processes, technology, organizational structures, and job roles.

The OCM Analyst contributes to the development and execution of change strategies and plans, helping to identify and mitigate resistance while enabling employees to effectively transition to new ways of working. This role ensures initiatives are implemented smoothly, with minimal disruption and strong alignment to business objectives.

  • Support the execution of organizational change management strategies and plans for enterprise initiatives
  • Assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impact to inform change approaches
  • Partner with project teams to identify risks and resistance points, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training materials
  • Track and report on change adoption, progress against milestones, and overall effectiveness of change activities
  • Deliver communications and training to impacted audiences to support adoption and engagement
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Apply and build knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Contribute to special projects and broader change initiatives as needed

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in change management, project coordination, communications, HR, or related field
  • Foundational understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, training)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
  • Video production & editing software such as Camtasia and Audiate, Clipchamp
  • Artifact development (newsletters, emails, leader scripting, FAQs, Quick Reference Guides, Agents)
  • SharePoint site development
