Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns: audience research and targeting, creative collaboration, budget management, performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to maximize ROI.
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Meta’s ad products, audience targeting, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate marketing goals into effective campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Meta ad campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Conduct audience research and create detailed targeting strategies to reach the right users.
- Craft compelling ad creatives, including visuals and copy, in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with Meta’s latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Generate regular performance reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for ad placement, messaging, and design.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with other paid media platforms is a plus (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Certification in Meta Advertising (e.g., Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
