Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of paid search strategies aligned with acquisition, lead-generation, and business growth objectives.

  • Execute A/B tests and structured test-and-learn plans to evaluate new tactics, campaign features, automation opportunities, and emerging search capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in paid search, search engine marketing, performance media, digital acquisition, or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid search campaigns and defined workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience building productive relationships, coordinating input, managing expectations, and maintaining alignment across multiple teams.
  • Confidence presenting campaign recommendations, performance insights, and proposed actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of paid search platforms and campaign-management tools, with familiarity with SA360 and analytics platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-informed recommendations.
  • Experience with keyword research, campaign structure, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, bidding, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to translate technical campaign information and performance data into clear presentations and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to investigate issues, evaluate available information, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and developing structured action plans within agreed strategic direction.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, risk management, control, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing, media, demand-generation, or lead-acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with integrated search strategies, including the relationship between paid search, SEO, content, and landing-page optimization.
  • Interest in emerging areas of search, including automation, AI-supported optimization, new search experiences, and audience-led marketing strategies.
