Paradigm is seeking a Legal Project Specialist to support our client in the legal services industry. This role supports document review, contract review, claim analysis, and complex customer and client inquiries in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

As a Legal Project Specialist, you will:
Review and analyze documents, claim forms, supporting materials, contracts, and related information for accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate claims and correspondence, identify potential issues, and ensure established procedures and project requirements are followed.
- Respond to complex customer and client inquiries clearly, accurately, and professionally.
- Apply critical thinking and issue-spotting skills to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential problems and assist in developing solutions.
- Follow established protocols, procedures, and instructions from Project Managers and Supervisors.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Supervisors, internal teams, and business partners to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately to meet project and client expectations.
- Monitor case activity and overall case health, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Support quality assurance efforts and help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client requirements are met.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school, or a foreign law degree with an LLM.
- Bar admission is not required.
- Experience with document review and/or contract review.
- Excellent writing, language, and written communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Strong critical thinking, issue-spotting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Comfortable working with technology and data in a project-based environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Flexible, customer-service focused, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, confidential, and professional environment.
