Who We Are

Arrive Logistics is a leading transportation and technology company in North America with plans to grow significantly year over year. Our success is a testament to our remarkable team and what we’re building together. We’re committed to providing employees with a meaningful work experience and have established an award-winning culture that supports personal and career development in a fun, casual, and collaborative environment.

Who We Want

Our Partial team prices the freight that doesn't fit neatly into a full truckload or a standard LTL network. As the Partial Pricing Specialist, you'll own customer bids for three specialized services: Partial truckload (PTL), Refrigerated LTL, and expedite / exclusive-use small truck (sprinter vans, box trucks, and straight trucks). You'll turn lane data, shipment profiles, and market intelligence into rates the company can stand behind, and partner closely with Business Development to win the right freight at the right margin. We're looking for someone with an analytical mind, a strong work ethic, and a real curiosity about how freight moves. You'll perform cross-department collaboration while independently executing RFPs daily.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with BizDev at intake to confirm scope, timelines, service requirements, and customer strategy before pricing begins.
  • Review shipment data (pallet counts, linear feet, weight, dimensions, temperature requirements, accessorials) to determine which lanes fit PTL, refrigerated LTL, or expedite, and flag freight better served by another mode.
  • Field questions on expected volume, lane pricing, dedicated or committed capacity, and facility or warehouse constraints.
  • Build accurate internal pricing files using historical Arrive data, third-party market data, and carrier feedback.
  • Set equipment and capacity assumptions by lane (truck type, space used, transit, team vs. solo) consistent with the customer and lane profile.
  • Apply margin to all costs with direction from the strategy team, executing the predetermined customer strategy.
  • Collaborate with carrier sales and mode-specific teams to validate capacity and cost on hard-to-cover or specialized lanes.
  • Format pricing accurately into customer bid templates; own quality control, submission, and storage for every assigned RFP.
  • Deliver every assigned RFP complete and on time.
  • Give BizDev and RFP stakeholders a clear summary of each bid so they can tell a strong story to the customer.
  • Gather and record award results and customer feedback after each submission, and use it to sharpen future pricing.
  • Recommend improvements to tools, templates, and processes that make Partial pricing faster and more accurate.
  • Stay flexible as processes, markets, and priorities change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3+ years in freight, logistics, or pricing; RFP or bid experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of specialized services
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, large datasets, bid templates).
  • Ability to manage several bids at once and hit hard deadlines.
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented approach and clear communication skills

The Perks of Working With Us

  • Take advantage of our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental coverage.

Your Arrive Experience
When we say “award-winning culture,” we mean it. We’ve been recognized as a top workplace by Inc. Fast Company, Fortune, and earned Top Workplaces and Great Place to Work, to name a few. We intend on topping many more of those lists in the years to come, but we’re not in it for the trophies. We’re committed to culture because it keeps us connected to each other and invested in our shared success while having a blast along the way. Our employee-founded resource groups create communities within Arrive’s walls, including Women in Logistics, Emerging Professionals, Prisms, Black Logistics Group, Salute and Unidos.
