What You'll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to support our clients by guiding their partners through successful marketing programs. This role is a dynamic blend of digital marketing, client success, project management, and communication. You’ll work directly with a select group of partners to align their marketing strategies with business objectives, drive demand, and accelerate growth.


Responsibilities:

·       Act as a strategic advisor to partners—helping them build and execute effective go-to-market plans.

·       Manage day-to-day partner relationships through weekly check-ins, email communications, and performance reviews.

·       Inspire partners to engage in marketing programs that deliver results, leveraging both internal tools and external agencies.

·       Guide partners through the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including working with third-party agencies and measuring ROI.

·       Collaborate with clients and partners to report on marketing performance and ensure ongoing alignment with business goals.

·       Support partners in navigating the client’s marketing platform and tools, offering training and best practices.

·       Create clear, compelling marketing briefs and presentations to drive program adoption and partner enablement.


What We’re Looking For:

·       3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and demand generation.

·       Background in B2B marketing or agency environments preferred.

·       Previous Partner Marketing Experience is a plus.

·       Experience in the tech industry is a plus.

·       Strong analytical mindset—you enjoy measuring performance and optimizing for better results.

·       Excellent communicator with confidence in both client-facing conversations and internal collaboration.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 USD per year
