Overview
As a Partner Program Manager, you will be the central driver responsible for the successful execution, operational throughput, and continuous optimization of our partner onboarding, launch, and post-launch support processes. You will report to the COO as a supporting function to the Partnerships department and company goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure partners are enabled, integrated, and positioned for long-term growth. Through robust program management, you will help accelerate partner time-to-market and maximize the revenue generated through our partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and launch programs, acting as the primary point of contact to drive flawless execution and alignment between internal and external teams

  • Develop and optimize standardized workflows, launch checklists, and operational cadence to increase speed and scalability of partner integrations and go-live cycles

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize integration development and facilitate timely partner enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to synchronize go-to-market plans, training, joint campaigns, and ongoing partner support

  • Monitor partner performance metrics and program KPIs to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvements

  • Organize cross-functional partner kick-off meetings, status updates, and issue resolution discussions

  • Own regular partner communication and documentation to maintain clarity, expectations, and transparency throughout all program phases

  • Capture learnings and feedback to shape partner training programs, enablement materials, and self-service resources

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance to track partner-influenced pipeline, revenue attribution, and program ROI

  • Drive internal readiness and governance for partner launches, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements

Who you are

  • 3+ years experience in program management, partner management, or ecosystem operations in a SaaS or technology environment

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on process optimization and operational scalability

  • Experience working with technical teams (product, engineering) and understanding of API integrations and partner ecosystems preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of negotiating and influencing internally and externally

  • Metrics-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and act decisively on data insights

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a high-growth, dynamic organizational environment

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and CRM/PRM platforms is a plus

Why Join Us?

This role offers the chance to be at the heart of our partner-led growth strategy, working collaboratively across functions to build scalable, meaningful partner outcomes. You’ll have a direct impact on accelerating our ARR growth and shaping long-lasting industry partnerships. Working Conditions

We are only able to hire within New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut for this position. Must be willing to travel to HQ or partners up to 10% of the time.

Excited about the opportunity, but worried you don’t meet all the requirements? We recognize that people are less likely to apply to jobs where they don’t meet every single qualification.
