The Partner Relations Specialist acts as an operational member on the Partner Relations team. The role assists in the execution of CDW's partner-related strategies such as the partner designation program, partner onboarding, and general partner satisfaction with CDW. In addition, this role assists in executing projects that further CDW's relationships within the partner community.

* Act as a Partner Ambassador and provide a best-in-class onsite experience to partners.
* Assist with onsite partner operational requirements including building access, network access, closet and locker assistance, and building navigation.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience to internal and external customers.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of CDW go-to-market strategies.
* Maintain materials on Partner Relations processes, programs, and tools for stakeholders.
* Manage, track, and communicate key milestones for assigned initiatives.
* Maintain partner contact database accuracy through proactive updates.
* Be proficient in CDW designation strategy and benefit processes and articulate them to stakeholders.
* Assist in execution of annual Partner Summit deliverables.
* Provide feedback and communicate requirements supporting improvements to partner portals and tools.
* Document step-by-step best practices and share with leadership.

* Bachelor's degree required. OR, 4 years of work experience required.
* Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to effectively interact with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Self-motivated with a history of working independently.
