Job Description

ITMC is seeking a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to build and grow our channel partner ecosystem. This role owns the relationships with resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), and technology partners, enabling them to sell, deploy, and support ITMC and 101VOICE solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate understands how revenue moves through a channel, knows what partners need to succeed, and can work cross-functionally to deliver it. This is a strategic and operational role: part relationship manager, part enablement lead, part revenue driver.

Partner Relationship Management

•Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners, building trust with partner sales leads, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess pipeline health, address blockers, and align on shared goals.
• Monitor partner engagement and proactively address risks before they affect co-sell revenue or renewals.
• Act as the voice of the partner internally, coordinating with sales, engineering, operations, and leadership to resolve issues and remove friction.

Partner Enablement & Growth

• Onboard new partners and run structured enablement programs covering ITMC and 101VOICE solutions, SLED market dynamics, and sales best practices.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partner relationships through co-sell motions, joint account planning, and expanded solution scope.
• Develop and maintain partner-facing resources including training materials, playbooks, and competitive positioning guides.
• Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and work with partners to advance deals through close.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management to ensure smooth hand-offs on partner-driven deals and deployments.
• Support partner registrations, deal registration management, and vendor alliance activities.
• Maintain accurate partner records, engagement logs, and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Share partner feedback and market intelligence to improve ITMC's channel program and product offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or partner success within a VAR, MSP, UCaaS, networking, cybersecurity, or technology solutions environment.
• Demonstrated track record of managing a portfolio of reseller or technology partners and driving partner-sourced revenue.
• Experience supporting or selling into public sector, government, or education (SLED) markets preferred.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud, cybersecurity, unified communications as a service (UCaaS), or managed services solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience managing partner pipelines in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously.

Core Competencies

• Partner-first mindset with the business acumen to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes.
• Ability to build credibility quickly with partner sales and technical teams.
• Skilled at enablement; able to translate complex solutions into training and tools that partners will actually use.
• Collaborative by default, with strong follow-through and accountability across internal and external teams.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment where the channel program is still being built.

Additional Information

Why Join ITMC?

  • Growing technology company with a strong reputation in the SLED market.
  • Work alongside experienced technology, sales, and engineering professionals.
  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
