This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for a driven attorney to not only lead their own team, but to help shape the identity and strategic direction of our Chicago practice. Your voice will carry real weight as we build something lasting in one of the country's top legal markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a Team: Manage and mentor your own team while partnering with General Liability department leadership to drive collective growth in Chicago.
  • Shape the Practice: As an early leader in our Chicago expansion, you'll have meaningful input into how the practice is built — from culture and hiring to client strategy and market positioning.
  • Grow Your Practice: Bring and expand your book of business, supported by Kelley Kronenberg's dedicated Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor on complex general liability matters, delivering exceptional service and developing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate Firm-Wide: Align with the Chair of General Liability to leverage national resources and contribute to the firm's broader strategic objectives.
