About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships team and help grow Rossum’s partner ecosystem across the United States. In this role, you’ll build and scale partnerships that create real customer value and drive revenue impact.

We value initiative and clear thinking, and we’re looking for someone eager to bring fresh ideas, especially around scaling partner-led growth, improving enablement, and building repeatable ways of working across markets.

This role is a strong fit for someone with experience from our industry or closely related domains such as Intelligent Document Processing, automation, AI, enterprise SaaS, or finance and accounting technology. You’ll use that context to shape stronger partnerships, enable partners faster, and help Rossum grow through partner-led motions.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key contributor to our US partnerships efforts, owning partner relationships end to end and working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and growing partner relationships across the US

  • Driving partner-led and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue

  • Leading partner onboarding and enablement so partners can confidently sell and deliver Rossum

  • Collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on joint opportunities and enterprise deals

  • Identifying and developing strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Rossum’s US GTM priorities

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Hands-on experience in intelligent automation, IDP, AI, finance technology, or a closely related domain, including established relationships with RSIs and GSIs operating within the finance domain

  • Proven ability to own partner relationships and opportunities from first conversation through to revenue

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels

  • A balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking

  • Clear, confident communication in English and comfortable working with teams across different locations and time zones.

  • Based in the US East Coast time zones

  • You’re ramped on Rossum’s product, value proposition, and partner landscape

  • You’ve built strong relationships with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partnerships stakeholders

  • You’ve taken ownership of an initial US partner portfolio

Within 6 Months
  • Partners are enabled, active, and contributing qualified pipeline

  • You’re supporting partner-led opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments

  • You’ve established a consistent operating rhythm with partners and internal teams

Within 12 Months
  • You’re consistently delivering partner-driven pipeline and revenue in the US

  • You’re running a healthy, scalable partner portfolio with high autonomy

  • You’re a trusted voice on partner performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities
