Full-time | Remote (South Florida, USA Preferred)

We are seeking a Partnerships & Sales Operations Manager to support the operational backbone of our ultra-luxury Jet Xperiences sales and partnership efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring that every relationship, every pipeline, and every activation moves forward with precision, excellence, and world-class service.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, detail-obsessed, and thrives in supporting fast-moving, high-impact teams. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships, helping BX deliver flawlessly for our partners, members, and prospects.

Outcomes/Deliverables

2025:

Supported All Partnership Activations

  • Coordinated partnership onboarding, deliverables, and activation timelines.

  • Managed partner communications post-signature to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups were executed seamlessly.

  • Created partner onboarding kits and activation briefs in collaboration with marketing and operations.

  • Maintained an active "Partnership Activation Calendar" tracking key deliverables and milestones.

Sales Operations Excellence

  • Owned and managed the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) for partnership and direct sales teams—ensuring data cleanliness, status updates, and reporting.

  • Created weekly pipeline reports tracking partnership progress, deal stages, and sales team activities.

  • Supported Director of Sales with lead tracking, outreach cadences, and follow-up task management.

  • Built internal SOPs for partnership and sales workflows (e.g., onboarding new partners, updating CRM stages, sending reminders).

2026+:

Scaled Operational Systems

  • Continuously refined CRM structure, tagging systems, and reporting dashboards to support growing partnership and sales portfolios.

  • Introduced automation and templates to streamline partner communications, follow-ups, and renewals.

  • Provided structured support during partner re-negotiations, reactivations, and new activation cycles.

Enhanced Partnership Value

  • Managed tracking of partner contributions to BX ecosystem (e.g., member referrals, brand activation ROI).

  • Assisted with partner event coordination, including RSVP management, partner deliverables, and post-event follow-up tracking.

  • Developed quarterly partner performance summaries for leadership review.

Key Competencies

  • 2+ Years of Relevant Experience: Background in operations, partnerships, business support, or CRM management—preferably within luxury, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); understands how to maintain data integrity, build reports, and create automation where needed.

  • Process Builder: Naturally documents, organizes, and optimizes workflows to drive efficiency and accuracy.

  • Detail-Oriented Operator: Notices small details that create big differences—particularly in high-trust, high-touch environments.

  • Excellent Communicator: Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication—able to liaise with internal teams and external partners elegantly.

  • Service Mindset: Focused on supporting the team’s success through operational excellence and proactive management.

  • High Agency & Execution Mindset: Moves independently, solves problems proactively, and meets deadlines with precision.

Desirable Capabilities

  • Experience supporting luxury brand partnerships or private client sales.

  • Familiarity with project management tools.

  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

  • Located in South Florida preferred, but not required.
