About the role:

At Enova, our People Operations Team plays a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience by managing HR processes such as onboarding, employee support, and maintaining documentation. This role involves collaborating with teams, improving workflows, and executing on a variety of HR tasks in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to team member questions and requests through our team ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Transact on employee changes, including org changes, promotions, hires, terms, and transfers in our HRIS (Workday)
  • Assist the HRIS (Workday) team with data input and integrity
  • Assist with immigration processing
  • Process requests for employment verification and unemployment claims
  • Support recognition and retention programs, as well as other parts of HR with administrative support such as Benefits and Compensation
  • Process on-boarding logistics such as data entry, background checks, I9s, etc.
  • Maintain People team documents, SOPs, and templates in shared team repositories
  • Maintain sensitive employee data with confidentiality and discretion 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate non-routine issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of Human Resources experience, or education in Human Resources
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Workday and ADP experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation:

The budgeted hourly rate range for this position is $21.00 to $26.00. Actual rate will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include commission or bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
