PeopleSoft Functional Analyst – PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM: Core HR, Position Management, ePerformance
Hybrid Role: Onsite in Albany, NY or NYC.
Provide functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules: Core HR, Position Management, ePerformance.
Responsibilities:
Setup and maintain configuration/base tables; troubleshoot module issues.
Research impact of customizations when applying patches/updates.
Elicit and document requirements from business users/SMEs.
Translate business requirements to best fit in PeopleSoft.
Research new functionality in Oracle PUM Images.
Mentor analysts; provide leadership in projects/issues.
Develop/maintain business process workflows, FRDs, RTM, use cases.
Participate in PUM/PeopleTools upgrade research/implementation.
Conduct Testing and QA Activities.
Create business process models; identify improvements.
Define test scenarios; create test scripts for system testing.
Collaborate with technical team on batch/job issues.
Assess production schedule impact from outages.
Document protocols for process failures.
Work with developers/admins to troubleshoot/fix production issues.
Design and Setup Workflow Configurations.
Position Requirements:
Experience as functional analyst/lead in specified PeopleSoft modules.
Demonstrated experience with broad stakeholders to analyze needs and define requirements.
Advanced knowledge of business requirements, processes, implementation approaches.
Experience mapping requirements to PeopleSoft functionality; fit-gap analysis.
Proven test planning and execution experience.
Expert knowledge in module setups/configurations (including control tables).
Experience as PeopleSoft functional lead in minimum two PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation projects (specified modules).
Experience configuring workflow using Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Experience analyzing PUM images and impact to applications.
US Citizens or Green Card holders only; no 3rd parties.
