  • Build scalable audience frameworks that identify and engage forward-thinking restoration companies primed for growth
  • Partner with our external agency on execution while you drive the roadmap, testing agenda, and performance targets
  • Obsess over message-market fit: refine targeting, creative, and landing pages until the right prospects can't ignore us
  • Leverage marketing technology and automation to create repeatable, efficient acquisition systems
  • Analyze funnel performance end-to-end in HubSpot—from first click to closed revenue—and turn insights into action
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Report on CAC, ROAS, MQL volume, and pipeline contribution to leadership
  • Identify and pilot emerging channels and tactics

Key Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven experience managing meaningful ad budgets with demonstrable ROI
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; Meta and programmatic experience is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to build reports, interpret data, and drive decisions
  • Experience collaborating strategically with external agencies
  • Systems thinker who builds frameworks, not just campaigns

Thrive Here If

  • You prefer testing and learning over debating theory
  • You are curious about niche and complex industries
  • You view constraints as opportunities to build better systems
  • You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities

Benefits
  • Competitive salary ($90,000–$110,000) with performance-based bonus tied to pipeline contribution
  • Direct mentorship and exposure to experienced startup and entrepreneurial leadership
  • High level of autonomy paired with strong collaboration
  • Opportunity to work with a smart, driven, and supportive team
  • Generous PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Equipment budget to support your best work
  • Regular team events and off-sites
  • Continuing education, mentoring, and career development opportunities
