We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Schaumburg IL, United States. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Work closely with producers to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Active property and casualty insurance license
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
