About the Role

As a Pharmacy Solutions Consultant, you will be the bridge between our health system customers and Foundation Health’s sales and product teams. You’ll bring deep pharmacy expertise to customer conversations, helping sales leaders position our solutions with credibility and clarity. You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert to health system pharmacy leaders, articulating the value of our platform while also providing internal feedback that shapes our product roadmap.

This role is ideal for a PharmD or experienced pharmacy professional who has worked within a health system environment or at a healthcare technology company supporting health system pharmacy operations. You’ll combine your pharmacy knowledge with business acumen to accelerate our growth and ensure our products meet the needs of the market.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to support customer engagements, bringing pharmacy subject matter expertise to sales discussions with health system pharmacy leadership.

  • Attend conferences and sales events (both as a participant and speaker) to represent the company and support broader visibility and brand-building initiatives for Foundation Health.

  • Translate complex pharmacy workflows and pain points into clear solution narratives that align with Foundation Health’s platform capabilities.

  • Conduct solution demos, presentations, and technical deep-dives for prospective and current customers.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer pharmacy teams, building strong relationships and credibility.

  • Collaborate with the product team to inform roadmap priorities, product requirements, and feature development based on customer needs and market insights.

  • Provide internal training and enablement to sales and customer success teams on pharmacy workflows, terminology, and best practices.

  • Represent Foundation Health at industry conferences, panels, and customer events as a pharmacy subject matter expert.

Qualifications
  • PharmD or equivalent clinical background strongly preferred; deep understanding of health system pharmacy operations is required.

  • 5+ years of experience in health system pharmacy or a healthcare technology company supporting health system customers.

  • Proven ability to engage credibly with pharmacy leaders (e.g., Chief Pharmacy Officers, Directors of Pharmacy).

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate clinical workflows into business and technology solutions.

  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in customer-facing solution consulting roles is a plus.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where flexibility and initiative are critical.

  • Comfort in presenting externally, both in client-facing and conference environments.

Why Foundation Health
  • Opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered pharmacy infrastructure.

  • Work alongside a mission-driven team that has been building in this space for over a decade.

  • Direct impact on improving patient access and health system efficiency.

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
