The RoleCCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Specialist to provide program, campaign, and operational support across the Automotive Services Group (“ASG”) Portfolio Marketing team.
This role is designed to help scale the PMM function by supporting campaign execution, launch coordination, demand generation activities, reporting, content operations, and shared marketing processes. The Marketing Specialist serves as a flexible resource across portfolios, helping absorb peaks in workload, improve execution efficiency and reporting, and ensure marketing programs are delivered with quality and consistency.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management and marketing execution skills with hands-on experience supporting demand generation programs, particularly within small and medium business (SMB) audiences. This individual is a critical thinker, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details, and is motivated by helping teams deliver results.


 

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Demand Generation Support

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple portfolios.
  • In collaboration with the Digital Marketing team, coordinate SMB-focused demand generation programs, including email campaigns, nurture activities, webinars, digital promotions, and customer engagement initiatives based on direction and strategy from the Portfolio Marketing Managers
  • Coordinate campaign setup with market operations teams, ensuring assets, targeting, lists, timelines, and approvals are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist portfolio marketers with campaign implementation and launch-related deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute reporting insights, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

PMM Program & Launch Support

  • Provide executional support for product launches, announcements, content releases, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a flexible marketing resource across the PMM team, stepping in where workload spikes occur or additional execution support is needed.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across marketing activities.

Overall PMM team support

  • Manage and maintain marketing resources, campaign documentation, project trackers, SharePoint content, and internal communications.
  • Support the creation and management of reporting dashboards, monthly business updates, and marketing activity summaries.
  • Maintain campaign and content calendars while ensuring alignment across marketing activities.


 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, campaign execution, product marketing support, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting SMB-focused marketing or demand generation programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and campaign management platforms preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and adapting to changing business priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project management tools, and marketing technologies.

Success Looks Like

  • Campaign execution tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Email campaigns, reporting, SharePoint, and collateral-management workflows are organized and consistently maintained.
  • Portfolio marketing managers have reliable tactical support that helps campaigns, communications, and internal updates move more efficiently.
  • Monthly reporting inputs are tracked and compiled in a timely, organized manner.

Role Profile

This is a hands-on execution role designed for someone who is organized, proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing the details that keep marketing programs running smoothly. The Portfolio Marketing Specialist plays an important role in helping the ASG execute high quality marketing programs, drive consistent business outcomes, and deliver compelling resources to key stakeholders.
