The Pre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicants interested in this job, contacting truck owner-operators, and generating detailed profiles for each individual who answers. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 8 profiles daily and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage leads provided by the company.

  • Make outbound calls to truck drivers and owner-operators.

  • Handle calls in a customer-centered and professional manner, addressing questions and concerns effectively.

  • Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles.

  • Ensure a minimum of 8 profiles are completed each day.

  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.

  • Ensure information collected during calls is complete and accurate.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of fast-paced outbound calling and B2C sales experience.

  • Experience with customer-centered call handling.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.

2. Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to confidently conduct outbound calls and engage potential candidates.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.

  • Attention to detail for accurate profile creation.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

3. Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Complete a minimum of 8 profiles per day.

  • Maintain strong accuracy with the information submitted from calls.

  • Respond to leads within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

Other Requirements:
  • Reliable internet and phone connection (for remote work).

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing lead volumes and priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage daily call volumes effectively.

  • Strong commitment to providing a professional and customer-focused experience.
