💼 What We’re Offering

A full-time Premium Auditor I/II position assigned to either: Tulsa metro area or NE OKC metro area. Predominantly field role with 75% of time spent in policyholder meetings and at places of business. Competitive annual salary range $50,000 - $67,000 depending on experience plus comprehensive benefits package including:

📌 The Role
As a Premium Auditor, you’ll conduct field audits by reviewing policyholders’ payroll and financial records for workers’ compensation coverage. You’ll visit policyholders at their primary place of business or another agreed-upon location and work independently across your assigned territory. Following company guidelines and industry regulations, you’ll help ensure premiums are accurate. When you’re not in the field, you’ll work remotely from home and manage your own schedule. During onsite visits, you’ll also answer policy-related questions and help address concerns.

  • Manage the assigned field territory, including scheduling and conducting onsite visits and reviewing payroll and financial records.
  • Communicate with policyholders and agents about scheduling, entrance and exit interviews, audit findings, and results.
  • Complete audits accurately and on time while meeting team production expectations.


 

👤 Who We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years’ auditing, payroll, accounting or business experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in remaining steady and flexible as territories and workloads change.
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter, premium audit, or insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) to prepare documents, organize and analyze information, create presentations, and communicate professionally.
  • A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, motor vehicle insurance, and use of personal vehicle is required. Travel (mileage, tolls, etc.) for work will be reimbursed.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
