Mind Computing is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual for the Pricing Analyst position. This is a full-time, remote position supporting our Growth team. The candidate must function in a fast-paced proposal environment and collaborate to develop pricing and win strategies while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities:

  • Read RFPs, prepare clarifying questions related to pricing, and prepare estimates related to the proposed solutions.
  • Develop compliant pricing for proposal submissions by working closely with the VP for Growth, Capture Managers, Solutions Architect, and Proposal Manager.
  • Utilize quantitative and mathematical skills to provide effective financial modeling, e.g., “What If” scenarios.
  • Develop and communicate potential pricing scenarios for consideration directly impacting company win rate.
  • Maintain competitive data to produce Price to Win (PTW) estimates and/or to develop price volumes.
  • Prepare Schedule B tables and/or required customer templates for submission.
  • Maintain complete files to include required supporting documentation.
  • Manage the distribution of pricing data calls to subcontractors and respond to pricing data calls by prime contractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, mathematical, or related business field.
  • At least 5+ years of pricing experience in pricing federal proposals. Experience with GWACs and Agency IDIQs (e.g., T4NG) is desired.
  • A proven history working in a financial and/or accounting position.
  • Expert at using Microsoft Excel and Excel advanced features (Functions, VLOOKUP, Nested Formulas, etc.).
  • Knowledge and understanding of Indirect rates.
  • Experience with government contracting, including pricing, financial analysis, and contracts with federal agencies.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle pricing for multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment handling multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience in briefing Management.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with VA's T4NG pricing volumes is a plus.
  • Experience in creating price-to-win strategies and competitor analysis is a plus.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience working with complex data sets.
