KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

  •  Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of similar analysis/reporting/or audit experience OR  HS Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of similar analysis/reporting/or audit experience in a Sales/Distribution office environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced computer literacy (Excel & Word)
  • Organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively translate and explain technical ideas and/or data to non-technical Associates.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, math, or actuarial science,
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Working knowledge of Access and/or experience in report generation suing databases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Perform audits on customer pricing to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Support Department needs for ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Work with CMG and Pricing Supervisor to ensure coordination and on-time completion of projects.
  • Manage a large amount of data to analyze/identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Work to become a subject matter expert (SME) in utilization of SAP and other applicable programs
  • Work to advance the use of technology with regard to reporting where applicable.
  • Prepare and uploads new contract pricing requests and process contract renewals as needed.
  • Manage expiring contract work list and tracks data for flawless execution of contract renewal process.
  • Identify pricing errors or potential problems and recommends corrective action.
  • Work on small to large projects either independently or on a team to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Keep the CMG and Pricing Supervisor and/or Controller informed both verbally and in writing of issues within assigned area of responsibility
  • Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
